Ronald GP8 is the TH-U expansion library created by Choptones that recreates the sound of the legendary Roland* GP-8 hybrid analog/digital guitar processor, paired with a tube power amp. The setup has been captured with multiple combinations of cabs and vintage-selected overdrive pedals, in order to replicate the most iconic sounds of the 80s and 90s.

This library requires TH-U Full or one of its Editions to be used.

TH-U Full is available as AudioUnit, VST, AAX32 (ProTools 10.3.5 and above), AAX64 (ProTools 11 and 12) plugins, as well as a standalone application.

Both 32bit and 64bit are natively supported.

You can authorize TH-U Full on up to three computers that you own and one USB stick with a simple one-click software procedure (no hardware key needed).
